What is gained from having a MOBOX subscription instead of buying the tyres?

A MOBOX package cannot be compared to a conventional tyre purchase because you win all the way. Peace of mind with services and an unconditional road hazard warranty- unique in the market. More control with moderate monthly payments to smooth out your budget and the confidence of driving with your choice of premium tares.

Are the tyres offered in the MOBOX packages of good quality?

For your safety we only offer the best brands: Bridgestone. Our professionals will advise you on the type of tyres that best suits your needs and your vehicle. Whatever our selection may be, you are free to make your own choice!

Will I have any additional costs in addition to the monthly amount?

No, all the services included in the MOBOX package are covered by the monthly fee. If you wish to purchase additional services or products, you can pay for them directly in our Partner MOBOX’s shop.

What is covered by MOBOX Repair or Replace?

Each MOBOX package includes a tyre service that is performed by a MOBOX partner shop. In case of puncture or accidental damage, we will repair your tyre, or get it replaced if the repair is not possible. Tyre wear, criminal or malicious action, vandalism, improper use, fire, theft, use in competitive sport, road accidents, repair by another garage other than MOBOX partners, mechanical defect of the vehicle, driving on incorrect pressure or a deflated or punctured tyre are specifically excluded.

Where can I subscribe to MOBOX?

How long does it take to subscribe to MOBOX?

Subscribing to MOBOX is simple and can be done in less than 5 minutes. We will present a clear and transparent offer and you will receive a SMS with a 4 digit code which you must enter on the dedicated payment gateway page to validate your credit card. Once validated, you are subscribed.

I drive a lot. What happens if I wear my tyres before the end of the 12 month period?

The MOBOX subscription duration has been designed for normal use and your contract only includes one set of tyres (2 or 4 tyres).  If you need more than one set of tyres or your tyres have worm out before the 12 months period you may close the contract by paying the balance instalments and replace your worn out tyres with a new set of tires by signing a new contract.

I am an infrequent driver. I am coming to the end of my subscription soon and my tyres are not used. What should I do?

Nothing at all. It is normal to reward your responsible behavior and you will continue to benefit from the unused tread of the tyre.

What happens at the end of the subscription contract?

At the end of the subscription period mentioned in the contract, provided that you have fulfilled all your payment obligations and are satisfied with our service, you may start a new MOBOX contract. For more information please contact us.

I just signed up to MOBOX. Who should I contact if I have problems with my tyres?

You can go to any of the MOBOX partner stores for a tyre inspection. You can find the list of MOBOX partners on mymobox.ae

How many times can I repair or replace my tyres?

In case of a puncture or accidental damage your can repair your tyre or replace if the repair is not possible. The number of the repairs or replacements is capped. The total amount of repairs or replacements corresponds to the total amount of the tyres bought via your MOBOX subscription. For more information consult Terms & Conditions

What is covered by tire maintenance?

Every MOBOX subscription includes a comprehensive tyre maintenance service carried out by a MOBOX partner shop. If the partner, when inspecting the tyres, is of the opinion that repairs of a tyre are necessary, these repairs (or an exchange if a repair is technically not feasible) will be carried out without further fees or charges.

Can I subscribe to Mobox for my commercial vehicle?

MOBOX subscription is only available for private usage and not commercial.

I am a professional driver, Why can’t I subscribe?

MOBOX subscriptions plans are restricted to private individuals.

Tyres + mounting

It includes the tyres, the tyres mounting on the vehicle, balancing and valve replacement (electronic valves are not included) and recycling fee. The tyres that are part of a MOBOX subscription will always be fitted on the vehicle. Loose tyres cannot be part of a MOBOX subscription.

Inspection and Rotation

Inspection and Rotation includes the inspection of the condition of your tyres (tread depth) and rotation of the front and back tyres according to the wear. This service is available once a quarter beginning from the date of the contract.

Wheel Alignment

The wheel alignment will be carried out on your vehicle at the same time as the fitting of your new tyres. A well- adjusted wheel alignment minimizes the wear of your tires and optimizes the comfort of the driver and passengers.

Servicing

Servicing includes the pressurization of the tyres and spare wheels.

MOBOX Repair or Replace

In case of puncture or accidental damage, we will repair your tyre, or get it replaced if the repair is not possible. Tyre wear, criminal or malicious action, vandalism, improper use, fire, theft, use in competitive sport, road accidents, repair by another garage other than MOBOX partners, mechanical defect of the vehicle, driving on incorrect pressure or a deflated or punctured tyre are specifically excluded.

One of my tyres is punctured. Am I covered?

Yes rest assured. The unconditional road hazard warranty included in your subscription covers the repair or replacement of the tyre free of charge.

When parking, I hit the sidewall and damaged a tyre. Am I covered?

Of course. The unconditional road hazard warranty included in your subscription covers the repair or replacement of tyre free of charge.

Does the unconditional road hazard warranty cover me for everything?

Yes you are completely covered for normal tyre usage on conventional roads. Any extra ordinary use like use in a racing circuit, or fast wear or irregular wear due to mechanical irregularities or improper maintenance of tyres is not covered.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time and for any reason, by paying the remaining amount. Subscription cancellation can be done online on the MOBOX website after logging into your profile, without any appointment at the store. The remaining amount will be automatically debited from your account in the days following the cancellation request.

How to unsubscribe?

You can cancel your subscription at any time and for any reason simply by paying the instalments for the remaining months. To unsubscribe, simply contact the support team at our stores.
